1. Exchange Criteria

• Exchange must be requested within 3 days of product handover.
• The item must be completely unused, inside its original box with all poly seals and accessories intact.
• Cash memo and transaction receipt are mandatory.

2. Surcharges & Fees

If exchanging for a product of higher value, you must pay the price difference. If of lower value, the difference will be credited to your wallet or processed as a refund.

*Exchange shipping charges must be fully borne by the customer (BDT 80 inside Dhaka, BDT 150 outside Dhaka).
